Indian car manufacturer Tata Motors is considering an investment in achieving Tetarom III Industrial Park in Jucu ( a small town near Cluj-Napoca), Cluj County and the representatives of the group have already had a meeting regarding this aspect with the leadership of the county council, as some local newspapers state.
The Indian Tata group includes over 90 companies in areas such as IT&C, engineering, materials, services, energy, consumer products and chemicals, with operations in over 80 countries. The major group companies are Tata Steel, Tata Motors (Nano car manufacturer), Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Tata Global Beverages, Indian Hotels and Tata Communications.
In fiscal year of 2010, the group has had revenues of 67.4 billion dollars, of which 57% came from operations outside India. Tata Motors, the largest car company in India, with revenues of 20 billion dollars in last fiscal year, does business in states such as Britain, South Korea, Thailand and Spain.
Company’s brands include Jaguar, Land Rover and Nano, the cheapest car in the world with a price of slightly over $ 2,000. The automaker has said it wants to launch in Europe an electric version of Nano, thus going on a market that only Renault has managed to attack with competitive prices. There are no stated prices, but keeping in mind the price of the Nano we can expect a good report compared to quality.
Lately, along the rummor launched on the above mentioned topic, in Cluj Napoca there were other companies searching a good market to invest. One of these rummors has lately became a reality, with Bombardier producing trains in Cluj. Other investors are expected to discuss with the Hall in a project that will create over 500.000 jobs in Cluj county.
In the Tetarom III Industrial Park in Cluj there is also functioning a factory of Nokia.

Whether you drink with joy, or anger, or simply out of passion, the drivers have, sometimes, a close relationship with alcohol. So there would be no problem at all with enjoying a beer, for example, but there are not few the cases where after a couple of glasses or bottles, the drivers get behind the wheel.
Many justify the gesture with full confidence in their control abilities and reactions. Even if they drank, they feel able to drive a car so they dont give it a second thought. But each body reacts differently. Some people resitant while others less resistant to alcoholic drinks.
So if you got to drink a beer or two or a glass of wine and still want to go where you have to by car, the best would be to take a test before to see about what’s alcohol in the blood. This will show you, even if you feel able to run without problems, if it is worth losing your license and pay fines if a police check were to discover and test you.
On the Internet you can find that questionnaires can display a math showing if you can drive or not. More recently occurred and an application for mobile phones that does the same thing. So, if you do not have a alcohol test but you would like to drive safely, you can fill in the informations on such applications and see what kind of result comes up.
In principle, the procedure is the same for all such tests. The user has to introduce in the alcohol-test some personal data: age, sex, height, weight and mention the drink consumed, the quantity and how much time has passed since the last cup. The result is given on the spot. So, if you were wondering how to test you alcohol before going behide the wheel, he is our anser : the internet.

When looking at used motorcycles for sale, there may be some things you should consider before making a purchase. First of all, examining the motorcycle for any possible damage is highly recommended. Also, it is important that it has been properly taken care of, and that it comes with any additional items you may need. Doing the proper research, can help when it comes to making a confident purchase.
Many people suggest that a buyer always look at a motorcycle, before making a purchase. If you are concerned about your knowledge of used motorcycles, it may be wise to bring along a friend that can help you. Another thing to consider is the fact that some makes and models have common problems. It may be helpful to do some research before going to meet with the seller.
When you schedule to meet with the seller, it may also be a good idea to ask him or her not to warm up the bike before you view it. In some cases, you will notice if there is an issue with the starter or the engine as soon as you crank it up. Once you have started the bike, check the lights, signals, and gauges to make sure they are all working properly.
When looking over the bike, try to take note of any deep scratches, dents or areas that may be bent or twisted. Loose bodywork may also be a sign that the bike has been wrecked or mishandled. Another thing to keep in mind is that replacing upholstery or wheels can be expensive; therefore, you may want to take a look at these areas as well.
Finding out how the bike was primarily used is also recommended, as this can give you an idea of additional things you may want to look for. A bike that is often used for off-road use, for instance, may require more frequent air filter changes. Having a thorough knowledge about the bike’s history can often help you make an informed decision.
Almost every motorcycle comes with a manual that includes a manufactured recommended service schedule. It is important that you know if the motorcycle has been properly serviced. Ask the seller to provide any records or receipts related to the bike’s care.
A lot of sellers will advertise a price, but will accept an offer. Before making one; however, you may want to find out what else comes with the motorcycle. Manuals, tool kits, service schedules, and spare keys are important to have. Once you have come to a decision on a price, be sure to verify that all of the paperwork is valid before signing and paying for the motorcycle.
With so many used motorcycles for sale, it can be difficult to make a decision. If you are not confident about your knowledge of motorcycles, you can always ask the seller if he or she would mind if you have a trusted mechanic look at it for you. If you take the time to inspect the bikes that interest you, and consider the history and condition of each one, it should make the decision process a little easier.

For anyone who is searching to purchase a new motorcycle, there’s often some interest in finding the most ideal resources that can be used to help you make a decision. When you have more resources to work with, you will have more options to consider to help you with finding good bargains. The tips listed here may be able to help you with finding motorcycles for sale in your area.
You may want to think about the options that you have most currently been using in your spare time to look for options. Think about if you have been focusing on a local level or if you have been expanding to other options. If you have only been using a specific method, you may find that it is time to expand your search in various ways.
If you are dealing with mainly local scenarios, think about other options. You can expect that the use of a dealership isn’t going to be enough to help you get a bargain. Check out options like classifieds, newspapers, community postings, and other local options that can give you an idea of who is selling cycles in your area.
It is likewise important to think about various resources that you can use instead of internet options. If you have mainly been using the internet, you should explore choices of various mediums and other websites that you haven’t tried yet. Consider also the factor of using various classified websites or different auctioning sites that you have not tried before.
The general goal is that you don’t want to spend time focusing too much on only one resource. The ideal is that you will be able to use a variety of options during your search to help you discover what you are looking for. To accomplish this, you are going to have to search offline and online to help you with finding various information on bargains and other factors that are pertinent to sales.
You might want to explore the option of getting a motorcycle outside of your locale. This would allow you to get a better bargain sometimes than what you would find in your own area. You will have to likely either have the cycle shipped to you or you may need to pick it up on your own, depending on what the requirements of the seller are.
It’s always important to stay focused and open minded about possibilities and prices. The more flexible you are with these options, the more likely you are to find the bargains that you may need. You’ll find that you have an easier experience of finding what you want for an improved price if you are open to the possibility of using the alternatives you will discover.
As long as you know how to use all of your options, you will not have a problem finding motorcycles for sale. It should not be difficult for you to find an ideal cycle that you can enjoy riding in the future. If you take the time to search and be patient with your efforts, you should be able to find your ideal choices for consideration.

A thorough inspection of potential used Snowmobiles for sale can save a buyer a lot of time and money. There are thousands of used snow machines for sale every year and finding the good ones and bad ones can be a daunting task.
This guide is designed to inform buyers and help them to make wiser decisions when finding the right machine. With the thousands of snowmobiles put up for sale every year, it could be easy to find a bad one that could lead to great expense and time for a potential buyer. Building a relationship with dealership members can prove to be very beneficial, especially if you may eventually need a professional inspection or repairs on your machine. Ask the people from the dealership for advice and ask plenty of questions about the differences in the make, model, and year of the snowmobiles you may be interested in.
The first thing to do is go to a dealership and see what they have to offer. Talk to the dealer and ask questions about the differences in makes, models, years, and manufacturers. It never hurts to build a rapport with a dealer so in the future they might be able to inspect a used snowmobile for little or no charge, to make sure the snowmobile is in good working order and is worth the money being asked for it.
When going to meet the seller, look to see where the snowmobile is being stored and make sure that it is raised off the ground. These machines should be stored indoors and raised to ensure that rubber parts do not dry rot and there is no formation of rust. It is also wise to request that the owner does not warm-up or start the machine before it is inspected. Because snowmobiles are used in cold weather the buyer must find out how easily the machine when its cold.
Snowmobiles typically sit for most of the year causing gas left in the machine to break down and clog vital fuel injectors or carburetor parts. Ask the owner if fuel stabilizer was used in storage. These parts are essential for your machine to operate correctly and can be very expensive to replace, so always ask questions it could save you a lot of headaches in the future.
Snowmobiles generally sit for a significant part of the year, so the buyer should ask if a fuel stabilizer was used if fuel was kept in the tank during storage. Gas tends to break down and clog carburetor parts and fuel injectors, which could potentially cost a lot of time and money to replace.
One of the most important things to check is if the machine was well-oiled before storage. Proper oiling includes bogeys, shocks, grease fittings, and all of the miscellaneous rubber parts on the chassis. Check to make sure the brakes are in good working order and that the battery, lights, and all other electrical components are functioning properly. All fluid levels and belts should be checked to find out if anything needs to be replaced and to get an idea of how the machine was maintained. Finally, the buyer should start the snowmobile to ensure that it easily starts when it is cold, to listen to the engine and make sure it sounds healthy, and to make sure that there are no leaks in the exhaust.
New buyers will have to do these inspections before choosing between the multiple snowmobiles for sale to ensure they are getting the most for their money. Following these easy tips will help reduce some of the stress involved in making such a large purchase such as a snowmobile.
If you’re looking online for harley davidson for sale or motorcycles for sale make sure to do your research and compare prices to insure the best deal possible.

Generic information on travel trailers used and new
Both travel trailers used and new are a type of RV that are towable units. Some people call travel trailers used and new campers as short hand. You will find that both travel trailers used and new come in a plethora of sizes. You can find campers that are the size of one small bedroom to those travel trailers used or new that are larger, more like an apartment. Being a towable means that these travel trailers used or new are transported behind another vehicle, commonly a truck, by means of a hitch.
Common prices for travel trailers used and new towables
First, it is necessary to point out that most travel trailers used will be at a lower price point than their brand new counterparts. The prices range significantly, anywhere from $2K to over $45K. The amenities that are included with the purchase of a new or used RV will increase the cost of the unit. The newer the towable, the higher the price; the more upgrades and amenities, the higher the price.
Low-end camper description
The lower priced motor home will be the basic, simple model. The space will be limited, and the interior will not be made with the highest of quality materials. Often, the frames and siding are made with aluminum with little insulation.
The interior will be basic, offering simple appliances, a sleeping space (often a conversion), and bath area (with or without a shower). The materials on the fabrics and draperies will be of lesser quality, such as artificial laminated wood.
Middle to higher priced campers
The higher the price of the RV unit, the higher the quality of construction, the more space, and the increase in amenities offered. For more money, new or used motor home units are built and insulated like regular standing homes. There are many floor plan options for the buyer to choose from, and there are additional interior space options available through the purchase of slide outs and pop ups.
You can purchase new or pre-owned campers that are as luxurious as you can imagine. Some have real wood cabinets, granite countertops, tile flooring, and more. Everything is often done with top-notch quality of design and care.
No matter if you buy a new or used RV, you should spend the time necessary to research the different types, makes, and models. Think about your specific RVing travel needs and lifestyle expectations. This will help guide you in finding the best style for you and your family.

The ways how to save money on shipping can be as varied as your needs. When you seek to reduce the cost, you will be considering reduction in shipping material, methods and rates. Online shipping can also save time. Shipping variables and options can vary. You might also want to take into account traceability, shipping time and reliability. Online you can find websites that can help make your task easier for determining the most cost effective and efficient choices for your shipping needs.
Tips to keep in mind
Both individuals or small businesses may find the tips useful. Go slow and save money is a general truism. Cost reduction with recycling is an obvious tool. Shippers can also save with supply purchases during sales. Purchasing in bulk or through other ways to obtain discounted supplies. Wholesale and business rates of discount office supply vendors can also mean lower rates. Shippers also provide free supplies that can be taken advantage of when possible.
Invest in a postal scale to save time and online shipping discounts. Ebay sellers are familiar with convenience and savings from Paypal shipping. But, you do not have to only sell through ebay to take advantage of shipping through Paypal.
Common shipping methods pros and cons
Most small businesses use either USPS, UPS or FedEx. For domestic shipping for packages that are 2 lbs or over and a 5 day delivery window is adequate FedEx Ground or UPS Ground will tend to cost less than USPS Priority Mail unless use of the flat rate box shipping options can be utilized. With flat rate shipping, the price does not vary according to weight. The size of the package is more determinative.
The US Postal Service is the cheaper shipper for packages under 2 pounds. If the media mail rate is applicable, this is especially true. If timing is not a consideration, the cheaper overnight rate is offered by Express Mail. This can be take more than overnight for some locations, so you must check to see if this is applicable in your case.
Go Postal for discounts available online. But, do keep in mind that media mail and first class is not available. However, it is available as shipping option with Paypal shipping. Shipping convenience services provided by Pitney Bowes, Endicia and Paypal offer international postage capability.
If you need to ship freight
Do not despair if you have to ship something which is considered freight. This can be cheaper than you may expect. There are moving companies that can ship for less. You can get quotes by calling companies individually or save the effort by using a quote providing service online. Bids can take up to a week, so do not expect replies instantaneously.

Selling lightweight travel trailers can be easy. The tips listed below are to guide you in the process of selling lightweight travel trailers while you maximize your potential. When you are selling lightweight travel trailers think about following these simple suggestions. You may have already done some of them, but others may be new to you. These tips should be followed before you seek out prospective buyers who want used lightweight travel trailers.
These tips to selling lightweight travel trailers will be beneficial if you follow them before you place your ad and get people over to look at the RV unit. You want to increase your potential to transferring lightweight travel trailers to the new owner, and you want to do so in a speedy manner, right?
1. When putting lightweight travel trailers on the market, you need to first make sure that you have removed everything that is yours personally. Do this before you start showing the recreational vehicle to people.
2. Have lightweight travel trailers inspected fully by a mechanic that is a professional. People will want to see your recreational vehicle and make sure that it is top-quality condition.
3. Take some time and pretend that you are the buyer who is shopping for lightweight travel trailers. Take notes on what you see in your unit by looking in detail at the crevices, upholstery, and interior. Do you see spots that need to be cleaned more intensely? Do you see items that should be completely replaced?
4. Also, spend time looking at the exterior of the motor home. Clean it and get it detailed. The outside of the RV is what the potential RV owner will see before it sees the inside. You want it to look inviting and well taken care-of.
5. When you are pricing the unit, you will want to make sure that you do it fairly so that it complements what is the asking price in the market. Assess your vehicle based on the Kelly Blue Book and the NADA website.
6. Take photos of the motor home unit inside and outside for use when you create the ad. Photographs help get potential buyers to the RV. Make sure the ad that you place is easy to read with no type-os. Use the internet and print to advertise your towable camper.
7. When you are not driving the RV, you will want to make sure there is a for sale sign in the window. Keep the unit in a spot that is lit well.
8. As you get prospective buyers, remember to make sure they have a good and pleasant experience. Remember not to pick an argument, and let the prospect decide for him/herself whether or not your RV is the right one. It is always helpful to let the potential buyer test drive the motor home.
These suggestions can help you in selling your recreation vehicle at a faster pace than if you did not do anything. Remember to stay patient when you show your RV to others. You will surely have a buyer just around the corner who is interested in your motor home for sale by owner.

When it comes to buying a car a lot of us won’t have a qualified available to carry out an inspection of it before we purchase. Generally we trust our own instincts when it comes to making a purchase such as this. But if you are someone who hasn’t purchased a car before then how can you be sure that you aren’t buying a dud. In this article we show you find things to look for when buying a car.
Item 1
It is important before you even purchase the car that you take it out for a test drive so you can then see if there are any real problems with it. As you drive the vehicle see how smoothly you can change gears, also see how well it stops when you brake and what strange noises are being made. If you notice changing gears is difficult then there are several reasons for it the main one of these could be fluid leaking from the gear box. Also when you brake and notice that the car isn’t reacting as it should then either the brakes need replacing or there isn’t enough brake fluid.
Item 2
The next thing to be looking for is the title history for the car. If the person selling the vehicle cannot provide such items then it is much wiser to walk away. However if you contact the motor vehicle department for the state in which you live they may well be able to provide copies of these should you so wish.
Item 3
Of the other five things to look for when buying a car is what history if any it has. Looking into a cars history should be done before you even go to inspect or test drive the vehicle. To do this you need the cars VIN (vehicle identification number) which you then pass on to a company such as mycarcheck. Once they have this they enter the information into a database and this then provides them with a complete history of the vehicle from the day it was first registered. They can immediately tell you whether the car you are thinking of buying has been reported as stolen or has been involved in such a major accident that it has been registered as being written off.
Item 4
When you do go to inspect the car look carefully at what the mileage is on the odometer. With certain vehicles especially older cars it is quite easy for the odometer to be altered and the mileage showing on it reduced. If you notice any discrepancy between the mileage on the odometer and that stated by the person selling it then you need to find out why. In some cases this may be down to the fact that the seller had to get the engine replaced. However if they cannot and will not provide a reason for this difference then of course it is best not to purchase the car.
Item 5
The last of the five things to look for when buying a car that we recommend is in relation to the emissions test for a vehicle. If the vehicle does not come with a certificate relating to the Smog inspection test then it is worthwhile having this carried out yourself. This is vital as if the car you buy doesn’t pass this test then you cannot get it licensed and so in turn you will not be legally allowed to drive it on the road. By spending $50 on this test could actually save you thousands of dollars as you won’t purchase it.
You will discover plenty of cars for sale on classifieds sites like eBay Classifieds
